1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship internationally to most countries. Orders are fulfilled via trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location. The available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery. You can track your order in real time once it has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately at hopedress@outlook.com. For lost or undelivered packages, please allow an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
