Refund/ Retum Policy

At Hopedress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility Window
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or bodysuits (unless defective).

  • Items that have been altered, washed, or show signs of wear.

3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer service team at hopedress@outlook.com within the eligible window. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale or discounted items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hopedress@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photographic evidence may be requested.

7. Store Credit
In some cases, refunds may be issued in the form of Hopedress store credit, which will be delivered via email and does not expire.
